Inline Gravity Fillers
We manufacture 2 main types of Inline Gravity Fillers for low viscosity liquids that flow freely under gravity: 4 head or 8 head machine. The 4 head machines require one operator And the 8 head machines require two.
Both machines can be fitted with a conveyor system to assist operators and simplify production lines. These machines can fill 1 ltr bottles at rates of up to 1200/hr on a 4 head and 2400 on an 8 head machine.
Rotary Gravity Fillers
Our Rotary gravity fillers are fully automated filling and capping machines. We manufacture both 10 and 12 head machines. These machines are for filling non-carbonated products that flow freely under gravity and are capable of filling and capping 1 liter bottles at speeds of up to 8000bph.
