Tunnel Washers
Our Tunnel washers can be made to wash anything from small components to crates and 25ltr drums or larger bins.
Components can either be placed on a stainless steel belt directly or in carriers specifically designed to hold them.
Crates and bins are normally carried through the machines using two strands of stainless steel roller chain fitted with plastic lugs used to hook or pull the items through the various processes.
Tunnel washers are usually used where high output numbers are required and generally would be used to wash items like standard dairy crates or beer crates at around 500 units per hour on a single lane machine up to 3000/ hour on a larger double lane machine.
